Hi :-) Quick question: where did you get your blender? I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and couldn’t find it. FYI: I went to MickeyDs and got my 1st smoothie from there… I shouldn’t have started… now I’m hooked… LOL. Love your channel

My addiction is the Mocha Frappe….I haven’t had one in 3 weeks. I did OD on them when they offered $1 off coupon and small one for free coupons in the newspapers at the end of July. I was jacking them from paper that were left behind in waiting rooms and patient room. I knew I had a problem but I had 6 of those free coupons. Cold turkey is working for me, and I only have one if I have a really horrible, terrible, no good kind of day or a accomplished a major task.

Monique girl you crack me up!!!! I actually tried the McD’s smoothie and didn’t like it. I’m a smoothie junkie and I have had better, so I wasn’t impress. We have a smoothie place here in certain parts of Florida (Tropical Smoothie) I’m not sure how popular it is any where else. But any ways….they have this smoothie to die for it has strawberries, banana, cranberry & coconut and it is so good. This is also an expensive addiction. It cost about $4 .Can you create a recipe like this one?

@divascancook i’m just concerned of whats in the the product the way how i judge my food is based on two factors. 1. if you can’t pronounce it or it has some weird name not normally found in foods then it doesn’t go into your mouth. 2. the less ingredients the better the more the worst.

I wad there with you being a smoothie-alholic…but what I did was go to my local big box store, which here it is sams club and get the large bag of dole naturals frozen fruit..it has peaches, mango, strawberry, and pineapple I think..I ran out so I dont have the bag…no banana SORRY but my fix was the mixed berry…I make my smoothie the same way but I use any kind of fruit juice, something like and nix the milk just because I am lactose intolerant…saves more money buy the big bag of fruit

The other “creamy” crack is Mc Donald’s smoothie. Haven’t tried it yet. I’ll try yours to avoid getting hooked on Mc Donald’s smoothie. Shoot, I just got over the Orange Dream Machine @ Jamba Juice.
